Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservation Executive/Sr. Executive located in Kolkata. The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the sales team. The role requires handling reservation inquiries, processing bookings, and maintaining communication with customers to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling Reservations and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Sales skills and the ability to support the sales team
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
