Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kolkata. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring online sales performance, developing strategies to improve sales, and collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot issues.
