Presales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and craft tailored AdTech solutions across programmatic, DOOH, mobile, and data-driven advertising.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase platform capabilities (e.g., DSP, SSP, DMP, measurement tools).
- Prepare detailed proposals, solution decks, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
- Translate complex AdTech features — such as targeting, attribution, and optimization — into clear business value for clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, data, and operations) to design feasible technical solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, ad-serving technologies, and the evolving digital media ecosystem.
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring smooth handover from presales to account management or client success teams.
- Gather client and market feedback to help improve platform features and sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or client solutions role within the AdTech, Media, or MarTech industry.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising concepts — programmatic buying, audience segmentation, campaign measurement, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to convert technical capabilities into business impact for advertisers and agencies.
- Proficiency in preparing proposals, solution decks, and product demos.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with AdTech platforms
- Experience in working with CRM tools
- Understanding of APIs, data onboarding, and attribution models.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
