Role Description

Join Micro Site Studio as a Business Development Intern and step into a dynamic, remote-first environment where flexibility meets real-world impact. This is a 2-month internship designed for curious, self-driven individuals eager to learn how startups grow from the inside out.

As an intern, you'll be part of a small, ambitious team focused on helping small businesses thrive through digital transformation. Your role will blend strategy, communication, and experimentation — with direct mentorship from the founder.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities
  • Generating and warming up leads through outreach (DMs, WhatsApp, calls)
  • Engaging with entrepreneurs to understand their needs and introduce tailored digital solutions
  • Supporting communication efforts across platforms and refining messaging strategies
  • Participating in weekly strategy reviews to analyze performance and improve outreach
  • Contributing to client conversion efforts and earning performance-based rewards
  • Collaborating on new growth experiments and helping shape business development playbooks

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic planning
  • Effective Communication skills for both internal and external interactions
  • Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
  • Proficiency in Customer Service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing industry is a plus
