Role Overview

As a
Business Development Intern
, you will work closely with our BD and sales teams to support client outreach, market research, lead generation, and business communication. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business strategy and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, industries, and client segments
  • Assist in lead generation, outreach activities, and maintaining client databases
  • Communicate with international clients (primarily during night shift hours)
  • Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication
  • Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline responses and ensure timely delivery
  • Track and monitor BD metrics, outreach performance, and client engagement activities

Who We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students wishing to start a career in Business Development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clients
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present information clearly
  • Eager to learn and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in a
    night shift (mandatory)
