We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team and support our plant operations in Domjur, Howrah.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day chemical production processes to ensure smooth plant operation.
  • Monitor chemical reactions, process parameters, and optimize production efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, process improvement, and implementing new chemical processes.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, process documentation, and technical data sheets.
  • Coordinate with the QC/QA team to ensure product quality meets company standards.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities and liaise with the maintenance team as required.
  • Provide technical support for process scaling, new product trials, and R&D initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E./ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience in a chemical manufacturing plant.
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, safety protocols, and industrial equipment.
  • Good knowledge of plant utilities, reactors, and distillation/filtration units.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
