**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Component Soldering**: Perform precision hand-soldering of electronic components on PCBs, including both **through-hole** and **surface-mount (SMT)** components.
- **Inspection & Quality Control**: Inspect and verify the integrity of solder joints, ensuring high-quality connections and adherence to standards.
- **PCB Assembly**: Assemble PCBs by placing components according to circuit diagrams and soldering them in place.
- **Rework & Repairs**: Perform rework on defective boards or components, including desoldering and replacing damaged parts.
- **Use of Tools**: Operate and maintain soldering irons, heat guns, and other related tools for the assembly process.
- **Follow Safety Procedures**: Adhere to all safety protocols while working with electronic components, soldering equipment, and chemicals.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to meet production goals and ensure product quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in soldering or electronics are a plus.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in **hand-soldering**, especially with **SMT** and **through-hole** components.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and PCB layouts.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to solder small, delicate components with high precision and accuracy.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to troubleshoot soldering issues and perform repairs effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **reflow soldering** and **wave soldering** techniques.
- Knowledge of **automated soldering** equipment (optional but advantageous).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
