**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Inspect solder joints for quality and compliance with IPC standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Operate soldering equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct rework and repair of defective assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to resolve assembly issues.
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics is a plus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in soldering or electronic assembly.
- Proficiency in using soldering irons, microscopes, and other hand tools.
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (preferred).
- Good eyesight and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
