**About Aartaa Decor**:
Aartaa Decor is India’s luxury home decor brand specializing in handcrafted chandeliers, pendant lights, sculptures, and lighting accessories. To strengthen our technical team, we are hiring **two skilled LED technicians** who are experienced in LED fittings, wiring, and lighting installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install and wire LED lighting inside chandeliers, pendant lights, and wall fixtures.
- Solder LED strips, connect drivers, and ensure safe electrical setups.
- Assemble and test complete lighting units before final delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting, repairing, or replacing faulty LED components.
- Support during field installations at client sites.
- Work closely with workshop artisans, designers, and electricians.
- Handle LED strips, modules, connectors, and dimmable circuits confidently.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- In-depth knowledge of **LED types, drivers, dimming systems, and wiring**.
- Experience in working with chandeliers, ceiling lights, or decor lighting is a **big plus**.
- Ability to read and follow basic electrical schematics.
- Skilled in soldering, wiring, and circuit connections.
- 1-3 years of practical experience in a similar role.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset.

**Work Details**:

- **Timing**: 11 AM - 8 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- **Workplace**: Aartaa Decor Workshop + On-site installations (as required)
- **Tools**: Basic electrical tools will be provided
