_Assist the mechanics in the maintenance and repair of the elevators._

Perform preventive maintenance on the elevators.

Perform emergency repairs on the elevators.

Assist with installation of new elevators.

Assist with removal of old elevators.

Clean, adjust and lubricate moving parts.

Inspect and maintain electrical components and wiring including transformers, starters and contactors, motors, switches, lighting fixtures and circuit breakers.

Inspect and maintain hydraulic components including pumps, valves, accumulators and cylinders.

Test equipment for proper operation including power circuit breakers, batteries, contactors, inverters or other electrical devices related to the running of an elevator machine or for safety purposes.

Inspect for unusual wear or damage to any part of an elevator machine or other equipment being serviced; report any observed irregularities to supervisor/manager immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
