**About Aartaa Decor**:
Aartaa Decor is a premium Indian brand specializing in luxury chandeliers, lighting, and home decor products. Our craftsmanship and attention to detail define every piece we create. We are seeking a skilled **Lighting Installation Technician** to join our team and ensure flawless installation of our high-end lighting products at client locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install chandeliers, pendant lights, and other decorative lighting fixtures at residential and commercial sites.
- Conduct basic electrical connections safely and efficiently according to standard practices.
- Assist in lifting, assembling, mounting, and wiring lighting units.
- Inspect and test installations to ensure functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with designers and clients on-site to ensure proper placement and alignment.
- Transport, handle, and unpack delicate decor items with care.
- Support workshop tasks when not on site (optional but preferred).

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in electrical work, lighting installation, or similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Basic knowledge of wiring, tools, safety procedures, and power systems.
- Ability to read and understand basic diagrams or installation instructions.
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding).
- Professional behavior and respectful interaction with clients.
- Willingness to travel locally for on-site installation jobs.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday, 11 AM - 8 PM (timing may vary slightly for site visits)
