**Job Type**: Full-time

**Start Date**: Immediate

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced **Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician & Electrician** to handle maintenance and service operations across our **8 Subway store locations in West Bengal**. This role requires regular travel to each store, for which **travel allowance will be provided**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, chillers, refrigerators, microwaves, counters).
- Identify and resolve electrical issues in store equipment and infrastructure. ( AC, Lights etc )
- Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
- Visit all 8 Subway stores across West Bengal as per the service schedule.
- Maintain service logs and ensure compliance with food safety and electrical standards.
- Coordinate with external service vendors if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a kitchen equipment technician and/or electrician.
- Proficiency in handling commercial kitchen appliances and basic electrical systems.
- Relevant technical certification or diploma.
- Ability to travel regularly across multiple store locations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Professional, punctual, and self-motivated.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with QSR brands like Subway, Domino’s, etc.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and food-grade electrical safety standards.
- Own set of tools and a valid driver’s license.
