**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **soldering** on PCBs and electronic components.
- Read and interpret **circuit diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions**.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic circuits and components.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., IPC standards).
- Repair and rework defective or damaged soldered components.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following safety procedures.
- Assist in quality control and testing of electronic assemblies.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and technicians to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **manual soldering** (both SMT and through-hole).
- Knowledge of **electronic components, circuits, and soldering techniques**.
- Ability to use soldering irons, hot air stations, and other soldering tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic parts.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for identifying and fixing soldering defects.
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and quality standards.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
