Position Title: Bottling Corporate QSE Head

Location: Based out at Dankuni, travel to Paraj (Bardhaman), Howrah

Reports To: Director, BOD

Education: B.Tech/ M.Tech/ BE/ Bachelors degree in science, Food Science, or Food Technology Engineering.

Salary : Upto 30 LPA CTC

Experience: Minimum of 18 years in Quality, Safety, Environmental, and Operations areas.

Skills Required :

1. Good Laboratory Practices (handling of chemicals and Beverages, data management, etc.).

2. Quality Assurance principles (cost analysis, inspection, corrective action planning).

3. Food Science principles and techniques applied to the beverage industry.

4. Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.

5. Technical Relationships: Ability to apply technical knowledge and establish credibility with highly technical audiences.

6. Knowledge of aseptic line is preferable.

Position Overview:

The Bottling Corporate QSE Manager is responsible for overseeing the Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) governance function across 3 to 4 bottling plants. This role ensures compliance with The Coca-Cola Company's KORE policies, local regulations, and international certifications, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

A. Strategy & Governance

1. Define the strategic direction and annual business planning for the QSE function across assigned plants.

2. Establish and achieve business plan targets for quality, safety, and environment.

3. Ensure adherence to TCCC policies, local regulations, and international standards.

4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for QSE, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

B. Compliance & Certification

1. Ensure all plants adhere to KORE standards, ISO/IEC certifications, and local regulatory requirements.

2. Maintain an 'always-audit-ready' culture, ensuring compliance with all internal and external audits.

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and manage the corrective action process for direct reports.

C. People & Resource Management

1. Train and develop QSE team members to enhance their competencies.

2. Coordinate with other departments like Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Finance to ensure QSE standards are met.

D. Communication & Reporting

1. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding QSE requirements and regulatory compliance.

2. Manage communications related to QSE incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

E. Risk & Safety Management

1. Notify of any risks or incidents that could affect quality, product integrity, or plant indicators.
