**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate production activities, including foam extrusion, cutting, and finishing.

2. Plan and schedule production to meet customer deadlines and demand.

3. Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards.

4. Monitor and optimize production costs, efficiency, and productivity.

5. Manage and train production staff to achieve optimal performance.

6. Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulations.

7. Conduct daily production meetings to review progress and address issues.

8. Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure equipment upkeep and repairs.

9. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

10. Maintain accurate production records and reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.

2. 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or management.

3. Experience in foam manufacturing or related industry.

4. Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.

**Desirable Qualifications**:
1. Certification in production management or quality control.

2. Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

3. Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
