**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor raw material usage and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams.
- Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and support staff.
- Enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Maintain documentation related to production, safety, maintenance, and compliance.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repair and upkeep of machinery and equipment.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Conduct regular training and skill development sessions for plant staff.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of chemical plant operations, safety procedures, and production planning.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, ETP/STP operations, and hazardous material handling.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in Industrial Safety or Process Safety Management.
- Experience with continuous and batch processing.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., Pollution Control Board, Factory Act).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Familiarity with production software and Microsoft Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
