Role & responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, purchase entries, payment follow-ups, and bank reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable with regular follow-ups for payments and timely vendor clearances.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, sales and purchase registers, and GST reports.
  • Assist in filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in coordination with CA or accounts team.
  • Generate financial reports such as outstanding statements, monthly sales reports, and collection summaries.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers (calls, WhatsApp, email, website).
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and negotiate to close sales orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through consistent follow-ups and support.
  • Coordinate with logistics or dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, management, or related field.
  • Candidates with certifications in Tally, GST, or accounting software will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with invoicing, GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong command over MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
  • Should be efficient in converting customer interest into sales
  • Prior exposure to inside sales, customer support, or order processing is highly desirable.
  • Confident in speaking with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Ability to follow up and close customer orders in a professional manner.
  • Women candidates preferred.
