Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Office Administrator to join our team in Pune on a full-time basis. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office management, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, and fostering a positive work environment. This role requires a candidate with a strong team leadership background complemented by skills in office administration and client relations to support our growing operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in office management, demonstrating the ability to efficiently organize and oversee day-to-day operations.
- Strong skills in office administration, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed with precision and attention to detail.
- Experience in employee training, with the capacity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support staff development.
- Capability in fostering employee engagement by creating and maintaining a positive and motivating office culture.
- Proficiency in managing client relations, ensuring strong communication and relationship maintenance with clients.
- Team management skills, with a focus on enhancing team performance and facilitating cooperation among colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring that complex tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
- Team Leadership (Mandatory skill), with a proven track record in guiding and inspiring teams to achieve objectives and maintain productivity.
