Assistant Manager – Performance Marketing
to join our team and accelerate our digital growth journey.
Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms with significant monthly spends. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, proven experience in driving high ROAS, and the ability to scale campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google)
- Manage and scale monthly ad spends of
₹1–2 Cr+
while ensuring consistent ROAS achievements - Own the end-to-end campaign funnel – targeting, creatives, landing pages, audience segmentation, and attribution
- Closely monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to improve ROI
- Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to design and test new ad creatives and campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends, ad tech, and platform updates to maximize efficiency
- Report weekly and monthly performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a
D2C or consumer-facing brand - Proven track record of managing and scaling
₹1–2 Cr+ monthly ad spends
with strong ROAS delivery - Strong hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Analytics tools - Deep understanding of attribution models, performance metrics, and funnel optimization
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
