Job Summary:

The Receptionist / Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, and visitors. The role involves managing admission inquiries, providing accurate information about nursing programs, assisting in the admission process, and ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:1. Front Office & Communication

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents courteously.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a neat and professional manner.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings for the Principal or Admission Officer.

2. Admission Process Support

  • Provide accurate information regarding nursing courses (B.Sc., GNM, Post Basic, M.Sc. Nursing, etc.), eligibility, and admission procedures.
  • Distribute and collect admission forms, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain an updated record of inquiries, applications, and admission follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the Admission Committee and Academic Office for documentation and interview schedules.
  • Assist in organizing entrance tests, counseling sessions, and orientation programs.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Maintain a database of student inquiries, applications, and admissions in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure proper filing of student admission documents, ID proofs, and academic records.
  • Prepare daily / weekly admission reports for management review.

4. Administrative Support

  • Assist the administrative department in general office work (photocopying, filing, mailing, etc.).
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to admissions.
  • Support the preparation of promotional materials and admission notices.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with experience in office management or administration).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in educational front office or admission department preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6, ₹12,000.00 per month
