Front Office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain front desk cleanliness and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logs.
- Assist in office administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin departments for employee and guest support.
- Handle courier, mail distribution, and front office supplies.
- Maintain attendance and visitor records accurately.
- Support management in organizing company events and meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality of company and client information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹14,900.32 per month
