We are expanding our Hyderabad team and looking for a 
Senior Academic Counselor
 who can handle the complete student journey — from 
lead conversion to visa success.

 
Key Responsibilities

As a 
Senior Academic Counselor for Study Abroad (UK, Australia, NZ)
, you will:

  • Call, counsel, and convert student leads into successful applications.
  • Conduct 
    career counseling
     sessions to guide students on courses, universities, and eligibility.
  • Handle 
    university shortlisting
    , 
    application filing
    , and 
    document verification.
  • Support students in preparing 
    SOPs, LORs, and visa documents.
  • Coordinate end-to-end 
    admissions and visa process
     with accuracy and timelines.
  • Ensure consistent 
    follow-ups
     and maintain data for each student.
  • Achieve monthly conversion goals while maintaining student satisfaction.

 
Requirements

  • Minimum 
    2–4 years of experience
     in 
    Overseas Education Counseling
     (UK / Australia / NZ markets preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    study visa procedures
    , university admission timelines, and application platforms.
  • Ability to work in a 
    fast-paced, student-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for student tracking.
  • Must be available for 
    on-site work
     in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. 
    (No work from home.)
