About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Counsellor – Australia to join our Hyderabad team.

If you genuinely enjoy helping students discover their potential and take the next big step in their education journey, this role is for you.

As a Senior Counsellor, you'll guide students and their families through every stage — from exploring courses and universities in Australia, to preparing applications, securing admissions, and successfully applying for visas. You'll also help newer team members learn and grow through your experience and insights.

What You'll Do


• Interact with students and parents to understand their goals, interests, and academic background.


• Suggest the right universities, programs, and pathways in Australia that fit their profile and aspirations.


• Support students through the entire process — applications, offer letters, documentation, and visa guidance.


• Keep yourself up to date with the latest Australian university intakes, scholarships, and visa requirements.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with university representatives and institutional partners.


• Participate in student events, webinars, and information sessions to spread awareness about studying in Australia.


• Share knowledge and best practices with junior counsellors and support them when needed.


• Consistently achieve student conversion and enrolment targets while maintaining a strong focus on quality counselling.

What We're Looking For


• A graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or related field).


• 3–5 years of experience counselling students for Australian education.


• Deep knowledge of Australian universities, courses, and visa regulations (especially subclass 500).


• Excellent communication skills and a caring, student-first attitude.


• A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Comfort working with technology, CRMs, and digital tools.
