Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting prospective students through the admissions process. Key day-to-day tasks include providing program information, building relationships, assisting applicants in making informed decisions, and ensuring a seamless enrollment experience. The role also includes collaboration with education teams to address applicant concerns and meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with students and their families.
  • Customer service and sales abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional support and converting inquiries into enrollments.
  • A background in education or counseling, with an understanding of academic programs and admissions processes.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
