Position Overview:

Were looking for an energetic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 2 to 3+ years of experience in contractual/temporary tech hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various IT skill sets and be capable of fulfilling fast-paced client demands for contract-based roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand project-based hiring needs from delivery and account teams.
  • Source and screen candidates for contractual and C2H (contract-to-hire) positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess technical and communication skills.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment for contractual roles.
  • Negotiate rates, availability, and notice periods with candidates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of ready-to-deploy IT professionals.
  • Ensure timely documentation, verification, and onboarding support for contract hires.
  • Keep track of market trends in IT hiring and contractual workforce dynamics.

Required Skills:

  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on contractual focus on contractual hiring.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Science, Data Engineer, Full Stack Engineer etc.) and technical roles.
  • 2 to 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with focus on contractual hiring.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and job boards.
  • Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with contract hiring models freelance, project-based, and third-party.
