Your Role

As a Junior Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving B2B client acquisition across India. You'll identify and generate opportunities, engage decision-makers, and clearly communicate the value of our solutions. Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through research, outreach, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and support ongoing sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure smooth client onboarding and maximize sales impact.
  • Track activities, leads, and outcomes in Zoho CRM (training provided).
  • Work toward weekly and monthly revenue goals, with performance-based incentives.

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years in sales / inside sales / business development (exceptional freshers with strong communication skills considered).
  • Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
  • Interest in IT/technology—you don't need to code but should be comfortable discussing tech solutions.
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to handle outreach volume consistently.
  • Comfortable working independently with structured goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in IT or B2B sales is a plus.
