Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Varanasi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across departments. They will facilitate the entire hiring process, collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, and ensure seamless communication with candidates. The Recruiter will also maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and help enhance employer branding through recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and current hiring trends
  • Ability to analyze and assess candidate profiles
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in recruiting for IT, Digital Marketing, or Consulting sectors is advantageous
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously
