Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist (IT and Non-IT), located in Varanasi. The Recruitment Specialist will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, hiring, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across IT and non-IT domains. Additional responsibilities include creating recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. The role also involves overseeing training programs and maintaining effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and teams
  • Experience in Training and onboarding programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in talent acquisition tools and recruitment software
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in IT and non-IT recruitment is highly desirable
