Job Title: Solar Sales Executive – PM Surya Ghar Scheme

Job Role & Responsibilities

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers for solar rooftop under PM Surya Ghar scheme.

Call, meet, and explain the scheme benefits (subsidy, savings, net metering, etc.) to customers.

Conduct site visits/roof assessments (if required) and coordinate with the technical team.

Explain financing/subsidy support clearly to customers.

Negotiate, handle objections, and close sales effectively.

Maintain proper customer records and submit daily/weekly reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and convincing skills (local language + Hindi/English).

Ability to explain financial and technical details in simple terms.

Good presentation & interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.

Knowledge of solar/renewable energy will be an added advantage (training can be provided).

Eligibility

Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).

Experience: 1–3 years in sales (solar, electrical, or consumer durables preferred).

Must have own 2-wheeler and smartphone.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience).

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives per closed sale.

Other Allowances: Travel/Mobile allowance.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹11, ₹20,397.94 per month

Work Location: In person
