**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve the target of 1 lakh square feet.
- Identify potential clients and develop a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clients with comprehensive information about available properties, including features, pricing, and terms.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Hxpert won’t tolerate negotiations to close sales deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, client needs, and potential opportunities.
- Adjust sales tactics based on market dynamics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on sales progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with other sales executives to share best practices and strategies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Handle any issues related to contract execution, payments, or other post-sale activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business with specialization in Sales.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, retail, or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate/retail market is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.
- Incentives and bonuses based on achievement of sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
