Job Profile

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow established communication guidelines, scripts, and company procedures.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or senior team members.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with product or service information to provide effective assistance.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for a graduate position.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computer systems and relevant software applications proficiently.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Proven ability to maintain customer satisfaction and build positive relationships.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer interactions effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary :- Upto 30K CTC per month (Annual CTC 3.60 LPA)
