  • Product/Service Knowledge: Stay updated with product or service information to provide effective assistance.

Qualifications

  • Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, Under Graduate, Post Graduate all are eligible
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively.
  • Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computer systems
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer interactions effectively..

Salary Between:- 18,000 CTC to 25000 CTC
