Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Team Leader to drive sales operations, manage a team, and ensure targets are consistently met. The candidate should have strong leadership qualities, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to motivate and guide the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive customer acquisition and relationship management.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and feedback.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand market reach and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure timely reporting of sales performance and key metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (team handling experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
