- Responsible for all Business Development & Pre-sales activities in the International Markets (USA,Canada,UK etc).
- Create a pipeline of leads and follow up for conversion of leads to contract.
- Business research to identify potential clients/ lead generation, and take all the required actions to convert the lead
- Using email, telephone calls to define geography to qualify/shortlist potential clients.
- Evolve strategic thinking to introduce new/innovative approaches in acquisition of new clients.
- Prepare high quality business proposals and presentations and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clientsDeveloping quotes and proposals for clients.
- Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly work reports showcasing achievements and progress.
