Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur as a Unit Sales Manager. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets . The Unit Sales Manager will be required to identify and explore opportunities for new business, maintain relationships with existing customers, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop sales strategies, build customer relationships and identify market trends
- Must be a self-starter, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
