Lead - AP Onboarding & Relationship Management
Job Summary:
Investmentor Securities Ltd. is seeking a high-performing
individual
to lead the identification, onboarding, and management of
Authorized Persons (APs)
and channel partners. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for expanding our partner network, driving revenue through scalable acquisition models, and ensuring partners are empowered to succeed using our tools, platforms, and support systems. The ideal candidate will bring a sharp business mindset, deep industry connections, and a proven track record in channel development within the broking or financial services space.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Identification & Onboarding
- Identify and evaluate potential Authorized Partners (APs) that align with Investmentor's growth strategy.
- Onboard high-potential partners through a structured evaluation, due diligence, and documentation process.
- Utilize your network to accelerate AP acquisition with a focus on long-term scalability and strategic fit.
Relationship & Sales Management
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners to ensure continuous client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Serve as a single point of contact for partner support, escalations, and business optimization discussions.
- Ensure clear alignment between partner goals and company offerings.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure end-to-end compliance with SEBI regulations and Exchange guidelines during partner onboarding.
- Coordinate internal teams to manage timely KYC checks, document validation, and exchange registration.
Performance Monitoring & Revenue Growth
- Track partner performance using KPIs such as:
- Active client accounts
- Monthly brokerage contribution
- Cross-product penetration (mutual funds, insurance, IPOs)
- Develop tailored growth roadmaps to help each partner scale their business efficiently.
Strategic Insights & Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on market shifts, competitor models, and regulatory developments.
- Identify trends in digital broking, algorithmic trading, and advisory tech to evolve partner strategy.
- Recommend innovations to improve partner acquisition funnels and engagement models.
Training, Enablement & Tech Adoption
- Conduct onboarding and periodic training for partners on:
- Investmentor's trading platform and mobile app
- Research tools, product offerings, and revenue streams
- CRM access, digital onboarding, and partner dashboard features
- Drive adoption of digital tools, marketing assets, and support systems for higher partner efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in channel sales, partner acquisition, or franchise development in broking/wealth-tech/fintech sectors.
- Deep knowledge of AP registration, SEBI compliance, and exchange frameworks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for business development and partnership-driven growth.
- Proficient in CRM tools, Excel reporting, and data analysis.
