• Customer Engagement: Regularly follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve disputed claims efficiently.


• Dispute Minimization: Work closely with various departments to reduce disputes and develop processes to prevent future occurrences.


• Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy and prepare payment pendency reports, providing actionable insights to identify and address gaps.
