Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    UX research
    using qualitative and quantitative methods to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate research findings into actionable design solutions that enhance
    user engagement and CX
    .
  • Design intuitive
    UI components, wireframes, and prototypes
    that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define and implement design strategies.
  • Maintain
    design consistency and usability
    across multiple platforms (web, mobile, and enterprise applications).
  • Develop
    customer journey maps and user flows
    to visualize and optimize the user experience.
  • Stay updated with
    design trends, usability best practices, and emerging technologies
    in UX, UI, and CX.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in
    product design
    , with a strong portfolio showcasing UX research, UI design, and CX improvements.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Lucidchart
    , etc.
  • Experience conducting
    user research
    through surveys, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of
    UI design principles
    , interaction design, and accessibility standards.
  • Good understanding of
    CX principles
    and how they impact business and user satisfaction.
  • Ability to work in an
    agile, fast-paced environment
    while managing multiple projects.
