Role Description

We are looking for a
User Experience Designer
for a full-time, on-site role in
Gurugram
. The designer will conduct user research, apply design thinking principles, create visual and interactive designs, and develop prototypes. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing usability tests, and refining designs to ensure an optimal user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for key product areas, from concept to final handoff.
  • Create
    wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs
    .
  • Conduct
    user research and usability testing
    to validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders
    .
  • Build and maintain
    scalable design patterns
    and contribute to the
    design system
    .
  • Advocate for users while balancing
    business and technical constraints
    .
  • Help shape the company's
    design processes, tools, and workflows
    .

Qualifications

  • Product design experience
    in a product-focused company.
  • Proven ability to deliver
    end-to-end design
    (UX + UI + research).
  • Experience working independently in
    fast-paced or startup environments
    .
  • Strong
    visual design skills
    and an
    eye for detail
    .
  • Excellent
    communication skills
    ; able to explain design rationale effectively.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly produce
    concepts and test ideas with users
    .
  • Proficiency with
    design and prototyping tools
    (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
  • Portfolio
    showcasing user-centered design process and impactful product work.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, HCI, or related field
    .
  • Experience with
    usability testing and accessibility standards
    is a plus.
