About the Role:

We are seeking a UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in user experience and interface design. In this role, you will translate user journeys and product requirements into wireframes, interaction flows, and polished UI designs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and project managers, as well as the product and engineering teams, to shape and enhance key product experiences.

This position calls for a proactive self-starter who can independently own end-to-end design of features, bringing strong visual and interaction design expertise while working iteratively in a dynamic startup environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Translate user journeys, product briefs, and requirement documents into clear and engaging UX design while actively advocating for best design practices throughout the process.
  • Create comprehensive user experiences from concept to completion, including low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Bring new ideas to the table—propose design enhancements or product concepts that improve the user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
  • Use Figma to manage design systems, prototypes, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Iterate based on client feedback, user insights, and usability testing.
  • Maintain consistency in visual design while pushing for innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in UX and UI design, ideally in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
  • Proven ability to convert product requirements into clear, user-centered designs.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, latest industry trends and best practices for usability.
  • Strong expertise in UI Design (using Figma)—from components and styles to prototyping and handoff. A keen eye for detail in layout, typography, and interaction.
  • Proven expertise in crafting intuitive, user-centered designs across mobile-first platforms, including native iOS and Android applications, responsive web interfaces, and dashboards.
  • A problem-solving mindset—you're not just following specs; you're thinking critically about what the user needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and decisions to clients and stakeholders, and actively engage in design discussions and feedback sessions.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates user-centered thinking, UI design, and polished execution.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, UI design, prototyping, or productivity—you are excited to experiment with new AI tools and bring next-gen thinking into design work.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Experience in HTML & CSS is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
