What You'll Do

As a Senior Experience Designer At BCG X, You Will Be At The Forefront Of Merging Business Challenges With Design And Technology, Crafting Transformative Experiences That Resonate At The Intersection Of Human-centric Design And AI-enhanced Solutions. You Will

• Be hands-on with latest design tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, etc to develop powerful concepts that can scale.
• Design and implement digital customer journeys, optimized through robust Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and maximize conversion rates.
• Work with GenAI tools like Midjourney, Dalle, ChatGPT, Claude etc to develop worldclass solutions at speed. Innovate and implement design systems at scale, leveraging AI and generative AI tools to enhance user interface designs that shift paradigms.
• Conduct rigorous user research to deeply understand user needs and behaviours, translating these insights into actionable design strategies that drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams including tech, product, research, and marketing to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.

You are good at

• Exhibiting expertise in diverse UX design projects with a portfolio that showcases logical, visual, and interactive design skills.
• Applying a strategic approach to design, capable of leading initiatives that integrate user needs with business goals to deliver compelling user experiences.
• Thriving in dynamic, ambiguous environments where proactive leadership and an iterative, data-driven design process are valued.
• Communicating design visions and decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences.

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor, effectively collaborating with stakeholders across tech, product, research, and marketing disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Ability to translate complex problems into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
