We are now looking for a creative, driven, and detail-obsessed
UI/UX Designer
to be a key player in elevating our user and brand experience.

Role Overview

As a
UI/UX Designer
at ElevenX Capital, you will lead end-to-end design initiatives - from ideation

to final execution. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams to

build intuitive user interfaces and compelling marketing designs that balance usability with visual

excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Execute all stages of design — from conceptual sketches and wireframes to final UI designs

and delivery


• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to design
banners, social infographics,

presentations, case studies, whitepapers
, and more


• Translate complex business ideas and user needs into clean, simple, user-friendly

interfaces


• Build and maintain
user flows, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and sitemaps


• Create rapid visual prototypes using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and JQuery
(for

demo purposes)


• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs for better usability and

engagement


• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders and leadership

Required Skills & Experience


• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, diverse portfolio


• Proficiency in tools like Adobe XD, Figma,
Illustrator
,
Photoshop
, or similar


• Experience designing both user interfaces (web/apps) and marketing assets


• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, and visual hierarchy


• Hands-on with
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JQuery
(for prototyping purposes)


• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
