Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist based in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include managing client interactions, addressing inquiries professionally, resolving customer concerns, providing proactive support, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The role will also involve collaborating with in-house teams to maintain clear communication and optimize client experience. Responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients, the successful candidate will act as an ambassador for House Construct's commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a client-focused environment
  • Previous experience in customer relationship management is preferred
  • Knowledge of the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
