Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

  • Graduates / Postgraduates in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
  • Prior internship or a minimum of 3 months of recruitment exposure preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen interest in HR and people management.

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for MNCs, BPOs, Healthcare, or related industries.
  • Ability to multitask and manage bulk or niche hiring efficiently.
  • Strong client and candidate coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits

Freshers / 3+ Months Recruitment Experience: 18,000 Take Home + Performance Incentives

Experienced Recruiters: 25,000 Take Home + Attractive Incentives

  • Identify, source, and screen candidates based on client hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Collaborate with team leads and hiring partners for successful closures.
