We are seeking enthusiastic freshers to join our dynamic US recruitment team in Hyders part of our growing organization, you will be trained in international recruitment practices, focusing on US market talent acquisition. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in global recruitment while working in US shift timings. We particularly encourage candidates from North India to apply and provide special transportation arrangements for female employees.

Role & responsibilities

  • Screen and shortlist resumes for US-based positions
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate with US clients for recruitment requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Source candidates through various job portals and LinkedIn
  • Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • Participate in recruitment drives and job fairs

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Should be comfortable with US shift timings (EST timezone)
  • North Indian candidates preferred for better cultural alignment with target market
  • Fresh graduates with 0-1 year experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge
  • Good understanding of social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Quick learner with analytical mindset
