We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to join our high-rise construction team. This role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical systems in complex high-rise developments while gaining broad project management experience across all construction phases.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Project Manager in coordinating electrical engineering aspects of high-rise construction projects Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements Monitor installation of power distribution systems, lighting, emergency power, and building automation systems Coordinate with electrical contractors, consultants, and design teams on technical requirements and issues Support the development and tracking of electrical work packages, schedules, and budgets Conduct site inspections to verify electrical installation quality and adherence to specifications Assist in managing change orders and RFIs related to electrical systems Document project progress and prepare technical reports for stakeholders Participate in project meetings to address electrical engineering concerns Support commissioning activities for electrical systems in high-rise buildings Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering for commercial or high-rise construction projects Understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations Knowledge of high-rise building electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems Familiarity with project management principles and construction processes Strong technical problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software Location On-site Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
