Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Key Responsibilities Planning & Coordination:Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestones Support resource allocation and timeline management Coordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communications Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays Documentation Management:Maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systems Prepare progress reports, status updates, and presentations Manage contracts, permits, and compliance documentation Create and update project dashboards and tracking tools Stakeholder Support:Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items Coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams Support client presentations and project reviews Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field 3-5 years of project coordination & planning experience Proficiency in project management software (MS Project etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred SkillsPMP or similar project management certification Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities Location On-site Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
