This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills while working on complex commercial real estate projects across diverse property types. Our vision is to reimagine the world of real estate, creating rewarding opportunities and amazing spaces where people can achieve their ambitions.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Support & CoordinationAssist senior project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring MEP projectsCoordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycleSupport project scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocationMaintain project documentation, drawings, and compliance recordsAssist in preparing project status reports and client communicationsTechnical AssistanceReview MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings under supervisionSupport field inspections and quality assurance activitiesAssist in coordinating MEP systems integration with structural and architectural elementsHelp resolve technical issues and coordinate design modificationsSupport commissioning and testing activities for MEP systemsClient & Stakeholder ManagementParticipate in client meetings and project presentationsAssist in managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and consultantsSupport change order processing and scope managementHelp facilitate communication between project team membersAssist in client reporting and project milestone communicationsAdministrative & Process SupportMaintain project files, contracts, and compliance documentationSupport procurement processes and vendor selectionAssist in preparing proposals and project estimatesHelp track project deliverables and key milestonesSupport invoice processing and budget reconciliationRequired QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience2-4 years of experience in MEP systems, construction, or project managementExperience with commercial building MEP systems preferredFamiliarity with building codes and industry standards (ASHRAE, NEC, IPC, etc.)Previous exposure to project management methodologiesTechnical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP) preferredKnowledge of project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)Understanding of MEP design principles and construction processesCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in team environmentsAdaptability and eagerness to learnClient service orientationTime management and multitasking capabilitiesWhat JLL OffersCareer DevelopmentMentorship from experienced project management professionalsOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial real estate projectsClear career progression pathway within JLL's global organizationAccess to JLL's extensive training and certification programsExposure to diverse property types and client sectorsWork EnvironmentCollaborative, innovative team cultureState-of-the-art technology and toolsOpportunity to work with industry-leading clientsGlobal network and career mobility opportunitiesPhysical Requirements & TravelAbility to conduct daily site visits and inspections at construction sites and operational facilitiesOccasional travel to project sites may be requiredAbility to work in various environmental conditions including mechanical rooms and construction areasGrowth OpportunitiesThis role provides a pathway to Senior Project Manager positions within JLL's project management team.
