Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Coordination:Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and milestonesSupport resource allocation and timeline managementCoordinate meetings, site visits, and stakeholder communicationsTrack project progress and identify potential risks or delaysDocumentation Management:Maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing systemsPrepare progress reports, status updates, and presentationsManage contracts, permits, and compliance documentationCreate and update project dashboards and tracking toolsStakeholder Support:Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and internal teamsPrepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action itemsCoordinate with legal, finance, and technical teamsSupport client presentations and project reviewsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field3-5 years of project coordination & planning experienceProficiency in project management software (MS Project etc.)Strong organizational and communication skillPreferred SkillsPMP or similar project management certificationAdvanced Excel and data analysis capabilitiesLocation: On-site –Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
