Hi,

We are currently hiring Assistant Manager/Manager-Project Management for one of our reputed client into Production House and Branding Agency

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day project coordination and execution Write professional emails, client communication, and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, strategy) to ensure smooth workflow Help manage schedules, track project progress, and ensure deadlines are met Organise client meetings, prepare minutes of meetings (MoMs), and track action items Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams Research potential business opportunities and generate leads Reach out to leads via LinkedIn, email, or calls under guidance Assist in preparing business decks, presentations, and proposals

Preferred candidate profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in project coordination, client servicing, or business development (preferably in a creative/production agency)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to draft professional emails and client correspondence
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable in coordinating across teams and clients
  • Knowledge of creative/content production workflows (design, video, digital)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Interest or experience in lead generation and client acquisition is a strong advantage
